About us

What we do

We publish newspapers, guidebooks, and magazines catered to the Japanese audience.

At U.S. Japan Publication N.Y. Inc, we publish a monthly business newspaper, “KIGYO GAIKO NEWS” and other annual publications such as a U.S. living guidebook, “DESUMASU-CHO”, an American educational guidebook “KYOIKU GUIDE”, a directory for Japanese companies, “KIGYO GAIKYO”, and U.S. business trend magazine, “COME TO AMERICA”. We also publish a New York Dining Guide as well as a North America Japanese restaurant guide.

Since 1985, we have been providing reliable living and business information to Japanese companies and other organizations and professionals. We aimed to expand the network among Japanese communities and companies in the U.S., to help create success for both sides.

Through the work we publish, our objective is to give positive and useful knowledge on U.S. living, works, businesses, educational environments, and opportunities to Japanese residents living in the U.S.

why restaurantfinder?

With the start of RestaurantFinder.US, we are, for the first time, reaching out to our American citizens and companies. Just like we’ve helped countless of Japanese companies and individuals, we also wish to connect with also the American crowd. With restaurantfinder.us, our dream is to be able to display Japanese cuisine, traditions, and hospitality to the rest of the U.S. population.

Our goal is to introduce restaurants that Japanese people have rated highly and live up to the standard of a Japanese native that has dined in both America and Japan. Many say that to experience “real Japanese cuisine,” they must travel to Japan, but we definitely don’t agree. From the perspective of native Japanese people, here are some restaurants that we can’t help but find delicious!
